Client: Private Client
Location: Misano, Italy
The Misano private house is characterized by its clean, minimalist lines and primarily cubic form, reflecting a strong Modernist influence. The villa’s facade displays an eloquent mix of masonry and glazing, creating a harmonious dialogue between opacity and transparency. Each glass surface is strategically positioned to harness maximum natural light, thereby enriching the interior spaces, and forging an intimate connection with the surrounding landscape. A signature element is the cantilevered upper volume, a daring architectural move that not only adds a dynamic contrast but also provides shade and a unique spatial interplay for the ground level. The hardscaping, with its refined geometry, is seamlessly integrated with the lush green spaces, reinforcing the villa’s sense of tranquility and privacy.
