The Herkimer Street condominium design is a modern interpretation of Brooklyn residential architecture. The façade is characterized by oversized industrial-inspired casement windows and Danish brick façade, a dynamic interplay of glazed curtain walls and metallic cladding, articulating private terraces that punctuate the building’s form. A distinct handmade brick angled facade echoes the proportions of the classic Brooklyn townhouse, giving a gentle nod to the neighborhood’s heritage.
