Situated in Midtown Manhattan, 660 Lexington Avenue is a residential tower that combines modern urban design with refined materiality.

S20M developed both the architectural and interior design, emphasizing light, proportion, and the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces.

The project features high-end residences designed with contemporary sophistication, crafted details, and a warm, tactile palette that balances precision and comfort.

For the exterior materials, the selection focused on a Portuguese limestone cladding with ventilated façade, complemented by a perforated, waved metal mesh that brings softness and rhythm to the volume. The intention was to create a building deeply rooted in its urban context yet projected toward the future of a constantly evolving city.
