Situated on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, 500 East 81st Street is a refined corner building that blends timeless elegance and contemporary sensibility.

S20M developed both the architectural and interior design, shaping the overall language, curating materials and finishes, and defining a cohesive design narrative across façade and interiors.

The project features a limited collection of full-floor residences offering privacy, natural light, and expansive layouts, with direct elevator access and wrap-around views.

From the softly curved stone façades to the intimate residential interiors, every detail expresses a dialogue between structure, light, and texture.

Rooted in Italian design culture, 500 East 81st Street extends S20M’s ongoing trajectory in New York City ,  where architecture, craftsmanship, and storytelling converge.
